Do you hear that constant chatter in your mind? Many think that meditation means blocking out the thoughts we have. However, meditation is really the practice of observing these thoughts. Our mind thinks, that's what it does. These thoughts impact our bodies, our emotions and our health. When we start observing our thoughts, we gain a lot of insight into how our minds work and how our thoughts impact our bodies. We realize that some of our thoughts are helpful, and some aren't. Through meditation, rather than following and believing unhelpful thoughts, we're able to observe them arise and pass. We're able to live a healthier, happier life. Join Christine as she partners with Dr. Christian Quiroz of Element Chiropractic on Tuesday, June 25th at 6pm at 5277 Manhattan Circle, Ste 260, Boulder, CO. Learn how to arrive in the present moment and make space for the helpful thoughts that will allow you to live a better life.
