Whether you know nothing about mindfulness and want to learn more, or have tried meditation but want to be more consistent with your practice, or have been meditating for a long time and want to deepen your practice, this secular course will help support you. Space is limited and an intention to attend all 6 live classes is requested. I invite you to join me on this mindful journey from the comfort of your own home to: - Learn what meditation is and how to meditate by listening to talks, practicing together, and sharing and asking questions to help support you in your practice. - Learn about and practice mindfulness of breath and body, emotions, thoughts and beliefs, and practices of the heart. - Enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
